Evolution Force S.r.l. reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Product availability is subject to change, and in case a product is unavailable, the customer will be promptly informed.
5. Shipping
5.1. Shipping Countries
We ship worldwide, except where there are legal or logistical restrictions. International destinations are subject to customs regulations and local laws, which may affect delivery times.
5.2. Shipping Times
Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen by the customer. Generally, orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Italy: 2-5 business days
- European Union: 5-7 business days
- Other Countries: 7-15 business days
Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or unforeseen events (e.g., adverse weather conditions, holidays, etc.).
5.3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method. The customer will be able to review the total shipping cost before confirming the purchase. In some cases, we offer free shipping or promotions that waive the shipping fees, as specified on the product page or during checkout.

5.6. Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Evolution Force S.r.l. will not be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. In case of a return due to an incorrect address, the customer will bear the cost of reshipping.
5.7. Delivery Delays and Issues
While we strive to meet the estimated shipping times, we cannot guarantee that packages will be delivered within a specific period. Any delays or issues related to shipping (including loss, damage, or partial damage) must be reported directly to the courier used. If the package does not arrive within the expected period or if there are any other issues, please contact our customer service (via email or phone) for assistance.
5.8. Returns and Refunds for Delivery Issues
If the product arrives damaged or not as ordered, the customer is encouraged to report it promptly (within 14 days of receipt) to our customer service, providing photos of the damage and details of the issue. We will proceed with a refund or replacement of the product, depending on the circumstances.
6. Return and Refund Policies
In compliance with European regulations, the customer has the right to return the purchased products within 14 days from the date of receipt, without providing any reason. Returned products must be intact, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products. After receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, we will refund the amount paid, excluding shipping costs.
7. Warranty
All products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications to the product. If the product is defective and meets the warranty terms, the customer is entitled to a replacement or repair of the product, depending on the circumstances.
8. Limitation of Liability
Evolution Force S.r.l. will not be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from improper use of the products. The use of the equipment is at the customer's risk, who agrees to follow all provided instructions and consult an expert if necessary before use. We do not assume any liability for damages caused by negligence, malfunctions due to inadequate maintenance, or non-compliant use of product specifications.
9. Protection of Personal Data
The personal data provided by the customer during the purchase process will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. The data will be used exclusively for processing orders, managing shipments, and communication with the customer. Under no circumstances will the data be shared with third parties, except for shipping and payment purposes.
10. Jurisdiction
For any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions, the exclusive jurisdiction will be that of Bergamo, Italy.
