Refund policy
Our Return Policy within 17 Days
Our return policy allows you 17 days from the receipt of an item to request a return.
For the return to be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, not worn or used, must have all tags, and be in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at inforastapower@gmail.com. Returns should be shipped to the following address: Iron Dojo, viale Madruzza 13 - 25030 Paratico (BS).
If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the issue and ensure it gets resolved.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the received item and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, not worn or used, must have all tags, and be in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive the refund automatically through your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time before the bank or the card issuer processes and reflects the refund.
