5.1. Shipping Countries
We ship worldwide, except in cases of legal or logistical restrictions. International destinations are subject to customs regulations and local laws, which may affect delivery times.
5.2. Shipping Times
Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen by the customer. Generally, orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. The estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Italy: 2-5 business days
- European Union: 5-7 business days
- Other Countries: 7-15 business days
Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or unforeseen events (e.g., adverse weather conditions, holidays, etc.).
5.3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the destination and the selected shipping method. The customer will have the opportunity to review the total shipping charges before confirming the purchase. In some cases, we offer free shipping or promotions that waive shipping fees, as specified on the product page or during the checkout process.
5.4. Shipping Method
Shipments are made via major international couriers, including:
- DHL
- UPS
- FedEx
- Poste Italiane (for domestic shipments)
Once the shipment is dispatched, the customer will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing them to track the delivery progress.
5.5. Shipments to Non-EU Countries
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, the customer may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and/or other import charges, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Evolution Force S.r.l. is not responsible for any customs charges or delays caused by customs checks in the destination country. It is recommended to check with local customs authorities for more details on additional costs.
5.6. Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Evolution Force S.r.l. is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. In the event of a package return due to an incorrect address, the shipping costs for redelivery will be borne by the customer.
5.7. Delivery Delays and Issues
While we strive to meet the estimated shipping times, we cannot guarantee that packages will be delivered within a specific period. Any delays or issues related to shipping (including loss, damage, or partial damage) should be reported directly to the courier used. If the package does not arrive within the expected period or if there are other issues, please contact our customer service (via email or phone) for assistance.
5.8. Returns and Refunds for Delivery Issues
If the product arrives damaged or not as ordered, the customer is encouraged to report it promptly (within 14 days of receipt) to our customer service, providing photos of the damage and details of the issue. We will proceed with a refund or replacement of the product, depending on the circumstances.
